At present, the most widely used inexpensive LEDs, using PKG polymer organic resins that control the heat-generating LED chips, are easily damaged and lose the advantages of long-term use in LEDs. The LED package that complements this shortcoming, the product replaced by ceramic. Ceramic can make up for the advantages of package damage, but also has the disadvantage of higher price.
'Smart Al' is a technology that complements all the shortcomings of previous products. The PKG part is replaced with metal aluminum. Compared with polymer organic resin products, it has a longer life due to high temperature resistance. In contrast, the price of ceramic products can be reduced by 50%. If a supply contract for commercialization of products using new technologies is signed, it can be directly supplied, and other industries are also discussing supply contracts.
The new technology product is a driving precession centered on LED lighting for vehicles.
