At the 12th Hi-Tech LED Industry Summit held in Guangzhou on September 26, Minghao Electronics Vice President Li Zhaohua said in a keynote speech: "The domestic IC factory must have innovative products to gradually change foreign ICs. Leading the market. As an IC manufacturer, it is meaningless to talk about the price. The most important thing is to see what you have done for the industry and what kind of customer needs can be solved."

Mingwei insists on using a single-chip high-voltage integrated process to produce IC chips. This process requires only normal processes, while the two-chip package has high positional accuracy, high difficulty, many bonding wires, and high process requirements. Because of the high technical requirements, the two-chip package adhesive sheet and pressure welding capacity are 50% lower than the single-chip package. The two-chip reliable low type, many solder joints, SSB line arc, easy to appear flow point, short circuit. It can be seen that the dual-core process has low production capacity, high risk, and cost accounting is naturally much higher than single-chip package.

Mingwei has introduced a number of innovative products, including the SM7313 no-kit solution that supports filament lamps, which can be placed directly into the E14 without the need for a white kit, resulting in a significant cost reduction. SM7650 adopts BOOST-FLYBACK (isolation) drive mode, input voltage supports 85V-265VAC, true high PF, no stroboscopic, low THD <10%, in line with certification. The SM7700 developed for thyristor technology is compatible with common thyristors such as Lutron and Matsumoto. It has a wide dimming range, inductance compensation, good batch consistency, and power > 87%.

In order to cooperate with intelligent applications, Mingwei developed the SM2211E and SM2212E (wired solution). Support 25%, 75%, 100% adjustable, de-energized, no additional dimming components, no need to change wiring, no added dimmer. The wireless solution has introduced the SM2123E intelligent linear dimming solution, which supports Bluetooth, WIFI, ZigBee dimming, de-energization, and can be applied to small bulbs at a much lower cost than traditional solutions.
