恒大新材料：2014高工LED照明展展出LED封装及照明用硅胶

【文|高工LED记者 甘勤】2014高工LED照明展于9月26-28日在广州琶洲广交会展馆拉开大幕，广东恒大新材料科技有限公司(以下简称“恒大新材料”)在展会上展出了LED封装及LED照明用硅胶等产品。
　　
　　作为大陆LED封装硅胶的领军企业之一，恒大新材料产品结构已开始从大功率透镜填充硅胶向SMD、COB面光源硅胶发展，公司产品包括LED封装用胶、LED密封用胶、LED灌封用胶、LED导热用胶等。
　　
　　“对于LED硅胶材料来说，产品的粘合性决定着封装过程中产品的最终性能，因此是衡量硅胶材料好坏的首要标准。”恒大新材料LED封装项目部总负责人何达先告诉高工LED记者。
　　
　　据了解，COB封装发展非常迅速，是未来的一个趋势。和贴片式封装不同，COB封装由于自身基本结构的差异，对于封装硅胶的粘结性有很强的要求，国内普通的硅胶材料很难满足产品的封装需求。
　　
　　“现在国内类似于陶瓷基板等很多封装材料，对于封装硅胶的要求都很高。”何达先向记者强调，恒大新材料的封装硅胶，已经可以完全可以满足这些高要求。

　　“近年来，随着产品技术的提升，本土封装硅胶的产品质量已经逼近国外封装胶，加上产品价格上的优势，我相信国内封装胶水将对外国胶水造成一定冲击。”何达先表示，“硅胶价格在未来可能还将小幅度下降，规模化生产将成为未来的发展趋势”。
