Temperature Sensor Turbine Flowmeter Maintenance

Temperature Sensor Turbine Flowmeter Maintenance Temperature Sensors Turbine flowmeters always have a variety of problems in their installation. Maintenance during use is not in place at a later stage, and work can't be done smoothly. What are the installation requirements for the temperature sensor turbine flowmeter? How to maintain it?

The flowmeter can be installed horizontally or vertically. When it is installed vertically, the flow direction of the fluid should be from bottom to top. The liquid must be filled with pipes and no air bubbles must be present. The flow direction of the liquid must be in line with the direction of the arrow indicating the direction of flow on the sensor housing; the front and rear of the sensor must be straight and upstream. At least 10 times the straight length of the nominal diameter, the downstream end should not be less than 5 times the nominal diameter of the straight section, the inner wall should be smooth and clean, no dents, fouling and peeling and other defects. The axis of the sensor's pipe should be aligned with the axis of the adjacent pipe. The gasket used for connection and sealing must not penetrate into the inner cavity of the pipe. The sensor should be kept away from the external electric field and magnetic field. If necessary, effective shielding measures should be taken to avoid external interference. In order to maintain normal flow of the liquid during inspection, it is recommended to install the bypass pipe sensor in the installation area of the sensor when installing it in the open air. Please do waterproof treatment to the amplifier and header. When the fluid contains impurities, a filter should be added. The filter mesh can be determined according to the flow of impurities, usually 20 to 60 mesh. When the fluid is mixed with free gas, an air eliminator should be installed. The entire piping system should be well sealed. The user should fully understand the corrosion of the measured medium and prevent the sensor from being corroded.

Use maintenance:

â—† When used, the tested liquid should be kept clean, free from impurities such as fibers and particles.

â—†When the sensor is used, the sensor should be filled with liquid slowly, and then the outlet valve should be opened (the valve should be installed at the back end of the flowmeter). It is forbidden that the sensor is exposed to high-speed fluid when it is in a liquid-free state.

â—† The maintenance period of the sensor is generally six months. During maintenance cleaning, please be careful not to damage the parts in the measuring chamber, especially the impeller. Please pay attention to the positional relationship between the guide and the impeller when assembling.

â—† When the sensor is not in use, the internal liquid should be cleaned, and after drying, a protective sleeve should be added at both ends of the sensor to prevent dust from entering and then stored in a dry place.

â—† The filter used should be cleaned periodically. When not in use, the internal liquid should be cleaned. Like the sensor, add a dust boot and store it in a dry place.

â—†Before the sensor is installed, blow or hand-push the impeller to make it rotate quickly to see if there is any display, and then install the sensor when there is a display. If there is no display, check the relevant parts and troubleshoot.
