Conditions when the sound reinforcement project is completed and accepted

1. After the project is completed, it must be operated continuously for at least one month to assess whether the performance of the system can fully meet the requirements of the bidding documents and relevant industry standards. The industry standards currently implemented in China are:

(1) GYJ25-8b "Acoustic Characteristics Index of Hall Sound Reinforcement System"

(2) WHO301-93 "Acoustic Characteristic Index and Measurement Method of Sound Reinforcement System of Cabaret"

(3) JGJ57-2000 "Theater Building Design Code"

JB7-2001 "Regulations on the Specifications of Theater Building Design"

(4) JGJ / T131-2000 "Gymnastics Acoustics Design and Measurement Regulations"

J42-2000 "Regulations on Regulations of Acoustic Design and Measurement Regulations in Gymnasiums"

(5) GB4959-85 "Measurement method of hall sound reinforcement characteristics"

2. The project contractor must provide a complete set of drawings and materials that are consistent with the actual drawings. They include:

(1) Full set of engineering design and construction drawings: system circuit diagram, system installation diagram (including speaker system installation diagram, equipment room and cabinet installation diagram, wiring diagram, etc.) pipeline laying diagram and other related drawings;

(2) Operation manual of each equipment;

(3) System design calculation report;

(4) List of supporting equipment and equipment;

(5) A copy of the "Three Certificates" for imported equipment and a warranty card for domestic equipment and wire materials;

(6) System debugging records and test data reports;

(7) Test data report of room building acoustic characteristics;

(8) Supervision and inspection report of pre-embedded project;

(9) Approval report of equipment substitute application and performance comparison data of substitute equipment and original equipment;

(10) System operation manual.

In addition to the separate packaging of item (2) above, all the other documents and documents mentioned above should be packed into two volumes in duplicate and filed as completion documents for future use.

After the above conditions are met, the design and construction unit submits an application report for completion acceptance to the construction unit. After receiving the application report, the construction unit must reply to the design and construction unit within one week to determine the date of completion acceptance of the project.

3. The construction unit instructs the original bidding company to organize an acceptance team. The acceptance team is composed of 5-7 construction units, project supervisors and peer experts.
