Yesterday, Shanghai Shenghua Cable (Group) Co., Ltd. and Harbin Industrial Assets Management Co., Ltd. jointly signed a framework agreement for the construction of a modernized cable manufacturing industry base. According to this agreement, within a month, the two sides formed a joint venture company will be established, the new company will be restructuring Harbin cable factory; a year later, Harbin Hanan Industrial Park will be erected a new modern cable manufacturing enterprises; 3- Five years later, a R&D and manufacturing base with an annual sales income of over 2 billion yuan, the largest wire and cable production in Northeast China, and high-tech cable products will rise here. Municipal Standing Committee and Deputy Mayor Congguo Zhang attended the signing ceremony. In order to reinvigorate the Harbin cable industry, the municipal party committee, the municipal government, and the relevant departments of the municipal government have repeatedly attracted investment at home and abroad. After full investigation and feasibility study, a cable manufacturing company agreement was established between Harbin Industrial Assets Management Company, the head unit of Harbin Cable Plant, and Shanghai Shenghua Cable (Group) Co., Ltd., which ranks second in the domestic cable industry.
