Interview with Director Zhou Tingguang of Transformer Inductor Special Committee He was born in August 1931 and graduated from Hebei Advanced Industrial School in 1950. After graduation, he was assigned to the First Telecommunications Technology Research Institute (now the predecessor of Nanjing 14) of the Military Department of the Communications Commission, and was engaged in the research and development of radar power supplies and transformers. He was promoted to an engineer in 1960, responsible for the establishment of the first power supply laboratory of the defense system, and served as director. Approved as a senior engineer by the former Ministry of Electronics Industry in 1987. Director Zhou Tingguang served as the standing director of the China Power Supply Society, the director of the Linear Power Supply Professional Committee, the director of the Transformer Inductor Special Committee, and the member of the Academic Working Committee; and served as the deputy chairman of the Jiangsu Power Supply Society. He has made great contributions to the development of China's power industry and power society.
