A total of 440 LED lighting fixtures were installed in the three tunnels, with a total installed capacity of 49.8 kW, which is about 30% more energy efficient than conventional high-pressure sodium lamps. Through nearly one year of trial operation, the tunnel LED luminaires are operating normally.

Recently, the Hangzhou Highway Bureau of Zhejiang Province completed the acceptance inspection of the LED lighting installation project of Yangtianwu, Fortress Hill and Donghui Tunnel in Tonglu section of S302 Xinyi Line.
