China's first subsea coal mining substation put into operation

It can supply power.” A few days ago, the on-site re-examination personnel of the Beifang Coal Mine of Beifang, Shandong Energy Mine Group, had just returned from the submarine mining area and was responsible for the power supply of the special mining lines in the sea area. After confirming that there is no mistake, the personnel immediately switch on power transmission, and the current instantly passes through 10,000 meters of high-voltage cables, and then passes through two dry-type transformers and 28 high- and low-voltage explosion-proof switches in order to reach the seabed roadway, and one power debugging is successful.

This marks the end of the history of the subsea substations reversing the supply of electricity through land substations. China's first undersea mining substation has been officially put into operation (see above). It is understood that the submarine mining substation mainly undertakes the normal power supply for coal mining and excavation in the second and third mining areas of the mine.
