2. Project overview and scope of tender

2.1 Construction Site: First Floor, Post Office, March 3rd Avenue, Wuzhishan City;

2.2. Construction Scale: It is planned to transform the first floor of the Post Office into the Wuzhishan City e-commerce service center. The main construction contents include demolition works, floor decoration works, interior wall decoration works, ceiling decoration works, and supporting indoor water supply and drainage and electrical installation projects. Etc., supporting the purchase of furniture, equipment and facilities, etc.;

2.3 The planned duration is: 60 calendar days;

2.3. Bidding scope: Construction general contracting (specifically based on construction drawings and quantity list).

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1. The bid invitation requires the bidder to have qualifications of Grade A or above for professional contractor of architectural decoration and decoration engineering, as well as “Hainan Provincial Construction Enterprise Integrity Records Handbook”; Project Manager: Registered professional architect of building engineering level or above; Have an effective safety production evaluation certificate, and have not served as a project manager for other projects under construction; Other requirements: The bidder must provide the relevant units and legal representatives issued by the local (proceeding location or location) prosecution agencies after inquiry. Proposals for the project manager who is proposed to serve as the project's no-bribery criminal files (within the validity period); and have corresponding capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds.

3.2 The Commonwealth does not accept bids in this tender.
