Tender conditions

3. Bidder qualification requirements

Package 1: It is registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China and has the qualifications of Class B and above in power engineering design issued by the State Construction Administration Department.

Packages 2 and 3 are registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China and have the qualifications of Class C and above for power engineering design issued by the State Construction Administration Department.

3.2 Performance requirements: There are 3 similar project achievements in the past three years.
