The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in the implementation of "Internet +" guidance, the work is mainly located in the "two points" and "two support." This "two key points" call for the integration and development of "Internet +" collaborative manufacturing and "Internet +" small and micro enterprise startup and innovation. At the same time, there are "two supports". This "two supports" is to promote the construction of the entire society's "Internet +" infrastructure, that is, the construction of information network infrastructure. It can meet and keep up with the needs of the entire society's "Internet Plus." Although our infrastructure has said that after many years of hard work, we have made great progress in ourselves and ourselves. However, compared with advanced countries in the world, including the next step in implementing the "Internet Plus," we need a lot of resources and a lot of basics. Facilities support it, so this is a key point of our support. Similarly, we have a lot of equipment to support the “Internet Plus”. For example, devices, software, chips, etc. that just talked about the “Internet Plus,” and we must keep up with the “Internet+” before we can make “Internet + "To better provide high-speed broadband infrastructure and service support for software and hardware products for the entire society." This is the focus of our work.

At the same time, in order to accelerate the development of “Internet Plus,” the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will promote “Internet Plus” with the reform’s ideas and determination, mainly based on departmental responsibilities, improve and improve the management of the Internet, lower the access threshold for the Internet, and simplify the approval process. Intensify the guidance to enterprises, promote the improvement of products and services, promote the cultivation of new businesses, promote entrepreneurship and innovation, and create a broader space for the integration of industries.

Since the establishment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, it has focused on promoting the integration of information technology and industrialization. It has conducted evaluation and benchmarking of the integration of the two industries in 35 key industrial sectors and 40,000 companies, and organized and implemented the establishment and promotion of standards for the integration management system of the two companies. Special initiatives such as the integration of Internet and industrial innovation have led to the formulation and implementation of national standards. After several years of hard work, the digitalization, networking, and intelligence of the manufacturing industry have been improved. The popularity of digital design tools in the aerospace, automotive, rail transit, and other industries has exceeded 85%, and the key process flow rates for steel, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries have been controlled. In the next step, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will focus on the following aspects:

First, smart manufacturing is used as an entry point to vigorously promote "Internet +" manufacturing. Develop smart equipment, organize and implement major smart manufacturing projects, speed up the construction of smart factories and intelligent workshops, organize the implementation of national manufacturing innovation center construction projects, and build a number of “Internet+” manufacturing innovation centers, experimental verification centers and other public service platforms. We must promote the construction of big data centers in important industrial clouds and industrial areas.

The second is to focus on entrepreneurial innovation and accelerate the promotion of “Internet+” small and micro enterprises. Strengthen the establishment of an integrated service system for small and medium-sized enterprises, improve the network of public service platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises, explore effective ways to use Internet finance to ease the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises, and continue to implement actions to promote the integration of small and medium-sized enterprises' informatization projects and enhancement of integration capabilities. China's "Public Service Platform" builds a group of small, entrepreneurial bases for smart small businesses to create a pioneering innovation ecosystem.

Thirdly, the construction of high-speed broadband networks will be the starting point for improving the support of information infrastructure. We will implement guidelines for speeding up and lowering the cost of the network, promote the construction of all-fiber network cities and 4G networks, and at the same time increase the research and development of 5G; research and deploy industrial Internet, form an industrial Internet industry alliance, build an industrial Internet experiment network, and research and formulate network architecture solutions. Infrastructure construction planning; strengthen and improve Internet management, implement corporate security main responsibility, and create a safe network environment.

Fourthly, key technologies and products are used as breakthroughs to enhance the support level of the electronic information industry. Continue to organize the implementation of the "National Outline for the Development of the Integrated Circuit Industry" and special projects to focus on breakthroughs in a number of key technologies and core infrastructure hardware and software; implement intelligent hardware action plans to accelerate the development of converged new Internet-based products; promote safe and reliable computing and storage The application of industrial equipment such as the development of professional information security services; the establishment of independent and controllable CPU + operating system industrial application platform, breakthrough programmable controller (PLC), intelligent industrial control and other key technologies.

The fifth is to strengthen the system construction and improve the policies, regulations and standards. Promoting the introduction of guidance on integration of the Internet and industry, service-oriented manufacturing, industrial cloud, and big data, speeding up the revision of laws and regulations, setting up the "Internet +" manufacturing standards promotion alliance, and formulating a comprehensive system of intelligent manufacturing standards.
