Yiguang (2393-TW) announced its 2010 financial report. Last year, the consolidated revenue was NT$17.4 billion (about RMB 3.857 billion), the gross profit of sales was NT$5.225 billion, and the operating profit was NT$2.229 billion. The profit was 2.596 billion Taiwan dollars, and the net profit after tax was 2.322 billion Taiwan dollars.
In the second quarter of this year, Everlight's revenue was NT$1,100 million, a decrease of 6% per month. The accumulated revenue for the previous February was NT$2,277 million, an increase of 4.3%. With Everlight's LED TVs already entering Taiwan, South Korea's panel factory and China's home appliance brand supply chain, as well as actively launching its own brand of LED lighting products, the market outlook is expected to warm up. 
Billion Light invested 25 million to set up mainland LED lighting products sales company
On March 22, 2011, Taiwan Everbright (2393-TW) announced that the board of directors had established Yiguang Solid State Lighting (China) Co., Ltd. by investing 25 million yuan (about NT$100 million). According to the plan, the company will focus on developing the mainland LED lighting market. In the future, the newly established company will be mainly responsible for the sales of LED lighting products in the mainland.
