The Group’s digital entertainment business cooperation has been adjusted as follows:
First, the group's former Youku BU, Tudou BU, mad business team since the day merged into Youku Tudou Group (BG), the strategic goal is to create the industry's leading member, content and announcement platform; appointed Wei Ming, Yang Weidong Youku Tudou BG Co-President; Wei Ming is responsible for the overall business of members and information content section; Yang Weidong is mainly responsible for entertainment content and platform operations.
2. In order to achieve synergies with Alibaba Group's digital entertainment business, Wei Ming will also be the head of Alibaba Group’s digital entertainment business.

Youku potatoes announced the merger of the two largest BU
On November 30th, Youku Tudou announced today that the group's former Youku BU and Tudou BU have been merged into Youku Tudou Business Group (BG) since the day and appointed Wei Ming and Yang Weidong as joint CEOs of Youku Tudou BG. Wei Ming is responsible for the overall business of members and information content section. Yang Weidong is mainly responsible for entertainment content and platform operations.
