Each device in the EPA control system has an independent control function. After the software is unifiedly configured, the control tasks can be distributed to different devices to form a fully distributed control. The master controller of the backbone network manages the expansion of the corresponding network. Devices, human-machine interface software or local monitoring touch screens directly access the main controller to realize monitoring of the main controller and its slave devices. The slave device can also be used as the I/O extension of the master controller in whole or in part. The master controller can complete the control and realize the functions of the traditional centralized PLC system.

l Control part: 1 PEC7000 + 1 TAC6000 + 1 DIO2000, total 80 I/Os

l Spray part: Spray on/off, spray action, etc. controlled by DIO2000

l Preheating: 6-point temperature control is completed by TAC6000

l Tin furnace section:

ü The upper temperature, lower temperature and heating sequence of the tin furnace are completed by TAC6000

ü The PEC7000 extends third-party inverters through RS485 bus to control the motor and adjust the two peak heights of the tin furnace

l Chain part: output by PEC7000's high-speed DI collection encoder, measuring chain speed, internal fuzzy operation, AO output control inverter, complete chain speed adjustment

l Logical parts such as protection and alarm: completed by PEC7000 and DIO2000

l The touch screen monitors the PEC7000 and its slave devices through RS485 communication
