In 2010, the output value of China's LED lighting products reached 120 billion yuan, and it is estimated that the output value of China's LED lighting products will reach 500 billion yuan by 2015. LED lighting products are gradually entering the general lighting field. The design and application of LED lighting products and control systems have gradually become the focus of attention.
The conference invited experts to give lectures on topics such as LED lighting product design and intelligent control. Xu Dongliang, general manager of Dongliang International Lighting Design Center, pointed out the importance of LED precision control in light of the status quo of LED lighting control, emphasizing creativity in lighting design, innovation, breakthrough in traditional and inertial thinking, and advocating low-carbon lighting design concepts. Xiao Hui, an associate professor of the School of Electronics and Information Engineering at Tongji University, took the theme of "Application of Control Systems in Urban Lighting" as the theme and introduced the application status and important role of control systems in urban lighting. Zhang Jiarui, chairman of Shanghai Grand Canyon Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., and Wei Zili, director of R&D department, respectively delivered keynote speeches, demonstrating the five core technologies and patents of Grand Canyon Photoelectric LED Lighting Control System. According to reports, Grand Canyon Optoelectronics' software, system control and lighting fixtures have their own advantages. The company has performed outstandingly in many major LED lighting projects such as the China Pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo Site and the British Pavilion.
The conference focused on the features and applications of the lighting control system, deepened the lighting designer's understanding of the control technology of LED outdoor lighting products, and helped to make a more scientific and reasonable choice for the LED lighting products and control system when designing.
Focused LED lighting intelligent control
Recently, sponsored by China Illuminating Engineering Society, co-organized by China Lighting Association Advisory Committee and Lighting Designer Exchange Center, and organized by Shanghai Grand Canyon Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd., the “LED Outdoor Lighting Product Design, Intelligent Control, and Optical Information Application Technology Seminar†was held in Beijing. Chairman of the China Illuminating Society Wang Jintao, Vice Chairman of the China Society of Illumination Yu Shukui, Director of the Beijing Lighting Society Wang Meng, and about 110 designers from the Architectural Design Institute, Lighting Design Unit, and Lighting Engineering Company attended the meeting.
